Dr. Cohen is a board-certified dermatologist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Columbia University School of Medicine, College of Physicians and Surgeons. He has taught Dermatology to medical students, residents, and fellows for over 20 years. Dr. Cohen received his undergraduate degree in biology from Boston University and his medical degree from The Chicago Medical School. He completed two, three-year residency programs in Dermatology and Internal Medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami School of Medicine.
Dr. Cohen has numerous Dermatology publications and has lectured in his field nationally and internationally. He has received The American Academy of Dermatology "Bronze Award" for Original Investigative Research. He has also received The American Academy of Dermatology "Gold Level Award" for Community Service and received recognition as one of America's Top Dermatologists. He specializes in General, Pediatric, and Cosmetic Dermatology. He has expertise in BOTOX® Cosmetic, fillers, chemical peels, sclerotherapy, hyperhidrosis and laser surgery. He is an honorary police surgeon for The Rockland County Patrolmen's Benevolent Association and he is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology "Playsun Smart Program" which examine the New York Yankees and the New York Mets. As a Yale trained Fellow of the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery, Dr. Ingrid Olhoffer has provided skin cancer surgery to patients at the Dermatology Center of Rockland since 2001. She also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in Dermatology at New York University where she teaches residents, and holds hospital and academic appointments at the NYU Medical Center.
Dr. Olhoffer received her medical degree and completed residency training in Dermatology at the Yale University School of Medicine. Dedicated to furthering her knowledge, Dr. Olhoffer also completed a fellowship in Advanced Dermatologic Surgery, including Mohs Micrographic Surgery, reconstructive plastic surgery, and cosmetic surgery (lasers, soft tissue fillers, and BOTOX® Cosmetic) at Yale.

Dr. Joshua Fogelman is a board-certified, fellowship-trained dermatologist who has provided comprehensive care at the Dermatology Center of Rockland since 2002. In addition to his practice duties, Dr. Fogelman is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and is an Assistant Attending Physician at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
After receiving his medical degree Cum Laude from the Yale University School of Medicine, Dr. Fogelman completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the Brigham and Women's Hospital of the Harvard Medical School. He was then a resident in Dermatology at the NYU School of Medicine, where he also served as Chief Resident. Dedicated to furthering his training and knowledge, Dr. Fogelman undertook a fellowship in laser and cosmetic dermatology in New York. He has received numerous awards and commendations, including the Research Award for the Best Resident Research Paper in Dermatology/Plastic Surgery by the American Society for Laser Medicine, and the Morris Leider Award at graduation from the NYU School of Medicine Department of Dermatology. He was elected to membership in the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society at the University of Pennsylvania and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society at Yale University.
