New Minor Patients
Please note that if you are the parent or guardian of a child who is seventeen years old or younger, you must accompany them for their visit with the physician. Unfortunately, if the child is not accompanied, they will need to reschedule for a time when their parent or guardian can attend the appointment. Thank you for your cooperation.
